Rudy Meets Reality (Dick Morris)
After months of coasting atop the national polls, seemingly unconcerned with the growth of Romney support in Iowa, New Hampshire and Michigan, Rudy Giuliani has come down off his perch and attacked Romney during a campaign swing in New Hampshire.
The switch represents an increasing dose of realism in the Giuliani campaign, which is gradually coming to understand the impact of a Romney sweep of the first three primaries.
Rudy's best bet would be to help Huckabee win in Iowa. It is a bridge too far for Rudy to pull it out this late in the game, and a Huckabee victory in Iowa would not translate into the momentum Romney might need to win in New Hampshire.
If Huckabee wins in Iowa, there will be a close three-way fight in New Hampshire of Giuliani, Huckabee and Romney. If Romney doesn't win in New Hampshire, he will never be seen or heard from again.

Guiliani is the most dangerous man in America. He is George Bush with a brain, that is not Karl Rove's. He is brutal in nature, completely dishonest, and morally unscrupulous.
He is the very worst of leaders. His ego is so big, as is the chip on his shoulder. His administration in New York City was a revolving door of qualified people, who he praised when they were appointed, and who he dumped as soon as they became high profile or disagreed with him.
He totally racially polarized the city, and spread the word through the police department that it was time to get rough.
He tried to suspend elections after 9/11 in a shameless power grab.
If you bring these qualities to the White house, watch out!

Dick: Romney is a diciplined campaigner and will be in it for the long haul. Even though that means March this election cycle. He will not drop out when he only has to hold on another couple of months for the final outcome. This abbreviated primary cycle is a first and "conventional wisdom" may not prevail. We will see soon enough…

Dick, Huckabee will not become President no matter what kind of games you play. Maybe Rudy's best bet is to help Fred in Iowa, what do you say buddy?

Why aren't you still kicking Hillary in the teeth? Are you trying to get 'fair and balanced'?
Rudy "The Thug" is too easy of a target. Perhaps Fred "The Lobbyist" would be a big target for you Dick.
I hear the fat, lobbyist-fed boy from Mississippi, Trent "Porker" Lott, is going to work for the same lobby firm as Fred "The Lobbyist" Thompson. Two pigs in a poke.
Oh yea, they are Republicans.
