Mills on the Hill: Ma and Pa Clinton Pick the Lock (Jim Mills)
Bonnie and Clyde have nothing on Bill and Hillary. Facing insurmountable odds in catching Barack Obama in either the pledged-delegate count or even in popular votes cast, if Gang Moll Clinton succeeds in cracking this near-uncrackable safe in full view of about 250 million eyewitnesses, she certainly has the Keystone State to thank for handing her the keys to the getaway car.
And if there was any doubt about her gratefulness for the role played by her latest, willing accomplices, Clinton's comments at her Tuesday-night victory celebration could have just as easily been uttered while counting all the loot and drinking bottles of Yuengling back at her gang's secret hideaway in the Poconos.
"Thank you so much. Thank you all. Thank you. Thank you very, very much. Oh, thank you."
For those keeping score, that was five thank-yous in the span of five seconds. The same kind of effusive praise one would heap on cronies who boldly saved your life by whisking you away from a daytime jewelry store heist pulled off in the middle of a hotel lobby during a convention of FBI agents.
Some talk of upcoming capers over in Indiana and down North Carolina way in a few weeks.
To quote a famous person who really should have patented the phrase: "It is what it is." No one really knows what it means, but it sure does seem to fit perfectly in trying to explain what is going on here.
All eyes, post-Pennsylvania, are necessarily on the uncommitted, caped and Spandexed superdelegates to see if Clinton's Tuesday-night haul inspires them to join up with the New York Moll for some future jobs.
Some might be holding back just to see whether or not some Elliot Ness character busts down the door to restore a little justice. You never can tell how the storylines for these episodic dramas play out, but I guarantee you there will be some performances worth watching.

She should really thank all the Republicans that crossed over to keep her in the race. She and many pundits have "misunderestimated" what Operation Chaos can do for a gal in need of a win. Fight on Dems, fight on!

Jim, that was a spot-on analogy.
Spoken like a true nazis, brainwashed-by-rush neocon, Igor (comment #1). Your utter ignorance ceases to amaze us. Do self-proclaimed nazis like yourself spend the whole day hating? You have a lot of rage inside, do you suffer severe ulcers and sleepless nights? Do you fear easily? Is that why you spend the whole day at this one web site spewing ignorance, hatred, and bigoted rhetoric?
Archie Bunkers are alive and well in America. Education is very important, as evidenced by Igor.

There is no way Clinton can catch Obama. Period. There is no way the Supers can overturn the popular vote unless they want an all out revolution on their hands. So why don't the Supers do NOW what they needed to do ages ago, and stand up for Obama? This ugliness has hurt the party and helped McCain. What is wrong with the Democratic Party? This General election SHOULD have been a piece of cake. Instead, look at the mess created. Clintons are a disgrace and obviously care nothing about the party. Even I'm losing my enthusiasm and I was a district delegate. But I'm pretty disgusted with the party right now. It's time for a REAL third party I think. And if Obama wants to lead it, I'm sure going that way.

When vicious criminals became heros to the
down trodden, it underscored what hard and
miserable times America had fallen upon.
A type of dangerous contempt for many of the country's institutions and policies.
A time that was severe, when those in power
misused liberty and where justice where it really matteed was often scant.
Bible's and guns… used either to bludgeon one's oponent or worshipped in some vague attempt to reach better times.
Personally, I connect with Senator Obama, as
his is a message of peace and intelligent decision making. Thouhgh were the country in some true peril, Obama is the only person
running for president who has the moxie to raise an army from the street. Otherwise, he is a modern gentleman. Hillary relies on that.
Bonnie and Cylde? Try an ex-first lady and her ex-president husband trying every trick in the book to come in somehow over the head of someone much taller. in I think every respect.

super delegates were created so "cooler heads" could prevail by over-turning the popular vote and preventing an unrealistic candidate(like BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA)from capturing the nomination.
why have them if they are to be impotent?
why have them if they will disrupt the process by voting their gut/conscience and not with the popularity contest?
if roles were reversed and BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA was surging late and capturing big states, his supporters (the obama-rama bots) would want the option of swaying "supers" to pick obama and run with the late, realistic momentum.
its not like obama is slaughtering her in the vote count, people.

Lester, there is a legal term from Latin "Res ipsa loquitur" often translated as "the thing speaks for itself". It applies to your comment, as well Rev. Wright's sermons.

sigh, can't you see how this years caucus state votes involved cheating and do not represent the actual will of the voters of those states?
